Overview Ovation Teas - Lung Ching Supreme Green Tea 
One of our favorite teas for everyday enjoyment is this particular longjing, a dragon well tea produced during the peak Spring harvesting periods. This hand-shaped, wok fired green tea from the Hangzhou region of China offers the traditional emerald colored liquor, sweet vegetative aroma, and unique flat leaf shape that is expected from this very popular tea.Remember not to scald your leaves. Green tea should not be steeped with boiling water. 185 to 190 degrees is sufficient and gently bring out the delightful subtleties of the longjing tea leaves. 3 to 4 more minutes of steeping is ideal for the first infusion. A high quality leaf, the Lung Ching Supreme can be steeped multiple times; be sure to keep the temperature the same each time you infuse, but increase the length of time you steep for your second and third pot.
